Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour + Shift Differential
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Crepe Operator to join our Converting team in Gardner, MA. You'll operate equipment that transforms tissue paper into crepe paper used in downstream converting operations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and quality-focused production environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate crepe machines according to production requirements.
• Load and unload tissue paper rolls safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machine performance and complete routine operational checks.
• Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production and quality standards.
• Transport finished crepe rolls to converting lines.
• Inspect and maintain roll carts to ensure safe operation.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Identify and report safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support team members and production needs as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.

Who We're Looking For

• Previous machine operating experience preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or converting experience is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and working on elevated platforms and catwalks.

The position requires the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Safely work on elevated platforms and catwalks.
• Push and maneuver roll carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work safely around operating machinery and production equipment.
