Location: Gardner, MA
Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour + Shift Differential
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm

We're looking for a dependable and motivated Crepe Operator to join our Converting team in Gardner, MA. You'll operate equipment that transforms tissue paper into crepe paper used in downstream converting operations while maintaining a safe, efficient, and quality-focused production environment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate crepe machines according to production requirements.
- Load and unload tissue paper rolls safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine performance and complete routine operational checks.
- Make adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production and quality standards.
- Transport finished crepe rolls to converting lines.
- Inspect and maintain roll carts to ensure safe operation.
- Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
- Identify and report safety, quality, or equipment concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support team members and production needs as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence activities.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous machine operating experience preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or converting experience is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Able to follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This is a hands-on manufacturing position. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and working on elevated platforms and catwalks.
The position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Safely work on elevated platforms and catwalks.
- Push and maneuver roll carts weighing up to 500 pounds.
- Occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Work safely around operating machinery and production equipment.
