As Product Manager, you'll make sure our products across Vela™ and Footwear Solutions are commercially positioned, supported and ready to sell in every market. You'll manage a growing portfolio, turn customer and market insight into product priorities and work across Product Development, Sales, Marketing and Operations to make every product a commercial success.

What You'll Do

• Manage the Commercial Product Portfolio: Organize and manage the commercial portfolio across Vela™, Footwear Solutions and our expanding outsourced product range, including product positioning, pricing frameworks, product documentation and portfolio expansion.
• Own Commercial Product Readiness: Make sure every product, new and existing, is ready to sell, including pricing, product sheets, samples, sales tools, training and customer materials.
• Drive Commercial Product Success: Coordinate go-to-market execution for new products, from commercial positioning and value propositions through launch and sales readiness, in coordination with Marketing.
• Coordinate the Commercial Product Roadmap: Work alongside Product Development to coordinate commercialization priorities and the commercial product roadmap.
• Turn Customer and Market Insight into Priorities: Collect customer feedback, track competitor activity and market trends, and translate them into clear priorities for Product Development.
• Partner with Global Brands: Work with our sales teams and leading apparel, footwear and accessories brands to understand unmet needs and feed them into portfolio priorities.
• Connect the Organization: Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Operations and Manufacturing so products move smoothly from development to commercial success.
• Measure Success: Track adoption, commercial readiness, portfolio performance and the revenue contribution of new and existing products.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management experience in packaging, consumer products, apparel, footwear, accessories, paper or related industries.
• Demonstrated success launching and growing products in global markets.
• Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and replacing plastic with innovative paper-based solutions.
• Willingness to travel globally approximately 25–40%.
