Warehouse Associate
Location: Orange, MA
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 1st shift 7:00am-3:00pm

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team in Orange, MA. You'll help ensure products are received, stored, prepared, and shipped safely and accurately while supporting the day-to-day flow of our warehouse operation.
What You'll Do
- Prepare shipping documentation and process orders accurately.
- Receive and verify inbound shipments and transfers.
- Wrap, label, stage, and prepare products for shipment.
- Load and unload materials safely using warehouse equipment.
- Use RF scanners to complete inventory transactions.
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Help ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Identify and communicate inventory, shipping, or operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Support other warehouse activities and team projects as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required; clamp truck experience is a plus.
- Experience using RF scanners or other warehouse technology preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar inventory systems is a plus.
- Able to follow work instructions and established safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, motivated, and committed to strong attendance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Willing to obtain OSHA 10 certification within 90 days of hire.
- Able to obtain internal forklift certification before operating company equipment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This is a hands-on warehouse position. The role requires standing and walking throughout the shift, bending, reaching, and moving materials around the facility.
The position requires the ability to:
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment after completing required training and certification.
- Work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Safely work around moving equipment and materials.
